The hotel's general areas were meticulously maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with ramps and handrails, making it safe and convenient for me to navigate.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. It would have been nice if the children working there could have provided some guidance or assistance with luggage, especially for those of us who may have difficulty carrying heavy bags.

Personally, I found the Smart TV with digital channels in the room to be a bit overwhelming. I prefer a simpler TV setup without all the additional features.
